May 18th 2021, George and Vivian took over East Avenue. We thank Angela and George for starting up such a wonderful Café. Now to continue the great work they began.

Our Story began February 2000, when we took over Goodys Gourmet Sandwiches in Peakhurst. Working a fast & demanding sandwich shop in an industrial area where we established a strong reputation for good food, fast and great service.

In 2009, we entered into a partnership in the well known and established Penshurst Deli. Together with our partners, the deli evolved into a café deli - specialising in gourmet deli goods and home cooked meals.

Most recently, George went on to manage Relish Foods in Broadway - a fast paced Café Deli in Broadway shopping Centre - providing a great place to eat and have a coffee for the shoppers and centre staff.

And now we are delighted to be at East Avenue Espresso Café, adding to Angela and George’s great story.

As a celiac I am always looking and baking new delicious sweets and meals that are Gluten Free.

At East Avenue we don’t believe you should be charged extra for Gluten Free products.

Come in Tuesday-Sunday for delicious home-cooked meals, Greek inspired pastries, savoury treats and some healthy salads to dine in or on the go. Say hi to our lovely staff when you are in the cafe, let us all share our stories.
